After incubation for 3 days, the culture supernatant was collected, and the levels of IFN-γ, IL-17A, and IL-4 were assayed via ELISA. Th1 response-associated cytokines (IFN-γ), Th17 response-associated cytokines (IL-17A), and (C) Th2 response-associated cytokines (IL-4) in the culture supernatants of splenic lymphocytes (B) and pulmonary lymphocytes (C) . The data are expressed as the means ± SEM. The P value is indicated as follows: * P < 0.05, ns, no significance (n=5).
